TO WHOM 1T MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Lance A. Thomas and Marlena L. Thomas, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did <br />on or about February 22, 1999, snake, execute and deliver unto United Nebraska Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Six (6), in Meves First Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed <br />of Trust which was recorded on February 26, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 99- 102106. <br />On or about February 22, 1999, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded February <br />26, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 102107. <br />Camille R.
