This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this � day January, 2003, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and K.C. Hehnke and Deborah M. Hehnke
<br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK TWO (2), BETTER HOMES SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A TRACT OF LAND
<br />MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED FILE IN BOOK
<br />164, PAGE 131;
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated July 17, 2001, and filed for record on July 19, 2001, by the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200107130
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of July 15, 2011;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO January 15, 2013.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
