<br />This EXTENSION between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, 41 ,-Sc
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and K.C. Hehnke and Deborah M. Hehnke, Husband and Wife
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN BETTER HOMES SUBDIVISION, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated April 24, 2000, and filed for record on May 12, 2000, by
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200003853;
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of May 5, 2010;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO January 5, 2013.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
