<br />M ASSIGN ME NT OF TRUST DEED 200300662
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Pinnacle Bank: Central City, a Corporation,
<br />the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred
<br />Dollars and no /100 ($101.500.00), to it in hand paid by Washington Mutual Bank. FA, the party of the
<br />second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by
<br />these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed
<br />wherein the said Pinnacle Bank: Central City, NE 68826. is Beneficiary, Jeffrey J. Williams, a single
<br />person, is Trustor, and Pinnacle Bank 320 G Street Central City, NE 68826 is Trustee, which Trust
<br />Deed was dated the4 day of December. 2002, and recorded the 3Td day of danuary
<br />2003 as Instrument 0200300009 of the MORTGAGE Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its
<br />right, title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />LOT 36, JEFFREY OAKS EIGHTH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become
<br />due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein
<br />contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Pinnacle Bank: Central City, a Corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Branch President, Gary W. Webster and attested
<br />by its Vice President, Deborah K. Beck, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 446—day
<br />of December, 2002.
