DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Steven C. -S
<br />Anderson, A Single Person, Truster, to Bank of Wood River, Trustee, for the benefit of Bank of e
<br />Wood River dba Heritage Bank Ckand Island, the Beneficiary named herein, dated 02/14/2000,
<br />and recorded 02/16/2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument #0200001272 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this
<br />Decd of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
