<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among RICKEY L
<br />LOCKARD AND MICHELLE L LOCKARD, husband wife, 'I'raster, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated June 27, 2001, and recorded on July 2, 2001, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2001 -06446 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveycd, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby rcconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
