WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, A Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 30,
<br />1994, executed by MERLIN P. DIBBERN and VICKIE L. DIBBERN, Husband
<br />and Wife, each in his own right and as spouse of the other, as
<br />Trustor, in which ANGELINE R. DIBBERN and PETER A. DIBBERN, Wife
<br />and Husband, were named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds entered as Document No. 94- 109746, has
<br />received notice from the Beneficiary requesting the Trustee to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned described as follows:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1 /2 SEl /4) of Section
<br />Thirty -Two (32), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subject to
<br />existing roads, reservations, restrictions and easements of
<br />record,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7uL day of January,
