Whereas all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DONALD L
<br />DAY A MARRIED PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary / SO
<br />named therein, dated OCTOBER 25, 2001 and recorded NOVEMBER 5 2001 in the (F
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebmska, as histramem 20011 1238 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:
