<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), ASHTON PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
