Modification of Deed of <br />Trust filed September 2000 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200007793. <br />Modification of Deed of Trust filed September 21, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office <br />as Document No. 200109584. Modification of Deed of Trust filed September 17, 2002 in <br />the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200209844 to United Nebraska Bank as <br />Trustee, covering: <br />LOT ONE (1), MCLELLAN SUflTHVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />to secure a Note in the sum of $10,800.00, dated September 16, 1998, in favor of United <br />Nebraska Bank, which Deed of Trust was recorded September 21, 1998, in the Register <br />of Deeds Office as Document No. 98- 109186. Modification of Deed of Trust filed <br />September 2000 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200007793. <br />Modification of Deed of Trust filed September 21, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office <br />as Document No. 200109584.
