<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 1. 1997 and recorded AUGUST 4. 1997 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 97- 106228
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO an Extension Agreement dated May 4, 1999 and recorded June 1,
<br />1999 as Document # 99- 105566;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
