GEIGER <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned ( "Borrower ") agree(s) that the following provisions shall <br />be incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or <br />Security Deed of even date herewith (the "Security Instrument ") executed by Borrower, as trustor, in <br />favor of HEARTHSIDE LENDING CORP. <br />( "Lender "), <br />as beneficiary, and also into that certain promissory note (the "Note ") of even date herewith executed <br />by Borrower in favor of Lender. To the extent that the provisions of this Repayment Rider (the <br />"Rider ") are inconsistent with the provisions of the Security Instrument and /or the Note, the <br />provisions of the Rider shall prevail over and shall supersede any such inconsistent provisions of the <br />Security Instrument and /or the Note. <br />Section 4 of the Note is amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />" . BORROWER'S RIGHT TO PREPAY <br />1 have the eight to make payments of principal at any time before they are <br />due. A payment of principal only is known as a "prepayment." when I make a <br />prepayment, I will tell the Note Holder in writing that I am doing so. The Note <br />Holder will use all of my prepayments to reduce die amount of principal that I owe <br />under this Note. If 1 make a partial prepayment, there will he no changes in the due <br />dales of my monthly payments unless the Note Holder agrees in writing to those <br />changes.
