200300503 <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as required by <br />the City of Grand Island when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk shall be regulated and <br />required with the building permit for each such lot. <br />6. Lot Frontage. The following shall apply for purposes of the required front <br />yard setback: Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) shall have the required front yard setback adjacent <br />to lndianhead Drive and shall not be permitted driveway access to North Road. Lot Eighteen (18) <br />shall have the required front yard setback from both Indianhead Drive and Bison Court. The required <br />front yard setback for Lot Twenty Five (25) shall apply only along the side adjacent to the fifty (50.0) <br />foot radius of the Bison Court right -of -way. Lots Thirty Eight (38) mid Forty (40) shall have the <br />required front yard setback adjacent to Laramie Drive. Lots Forty Two (42) and Forty Three (43) <br />shall have the required front yard setback adjacent to Bighorn Place. Lot Forty Eight (48) shall have <br />the required front yard setback adjacent to both Bighorn Place and Laramie Drive. <br />Engineering Data. All final engineering plans and specifications for public <br />improvements shall bear the signature and seal of a registered professional engineer and shall be <br />Ihmished by the Subdivider to the Department of Public Works for approval prior to contracting for <br />construction of any improvements. Inspections of improvements under construction shall be <br />performed under the supervision of a professional registered engineer and upon completion shall be <br />subject to inspection and approval by the Department of Public Works prior to acceptance by the <br />City of Grand Island An "as built' set of plans and specifications including required lest results <br />bearing the seal and signature of a registered professional engineer shall be filed with the Director of <br />Public Works by the Subdivider prior to acceptance of these improvements by the City. <br />4- <br />
