<br />County, Nebraska, containing a fractional portion of Riverside Estates Unit 1 and lots One (1) and Two
<br />(2), of Regency by the Green Subdivision, more particularly described on plat recorded as Doc. #80-
<br />000444, Plat Records of Hall County, Nebraska .
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed or Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TIIEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
