<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Kevin Miller, trustor, to Farmers
<br />State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and
<br />recorded August 2, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No 0200208386 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Rewnveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />The Westerly % of the Easterly 1/2 of Block 14 in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to
