<br />who is designated as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 1, 2001, executed by Robert L. Siemens
<br />and Betty Joan Siemens, husband and wife, as Trust ors, in which Nebraska Law Offices, P.C. d/b /a
<br />Downing Alexander & Wood is named as Beneficiary, said Trust Deed being recorded as Document
<br />200202578 in the Mortgage Records of the Register o f D eeds o f H all C ounty, S tate o f Nebraska , has
<br />received from, the Beneficiary thereunder, a request to PARTIAT.i.V reconvey, reciting that the property
<br />described below was inadvertently and erroneously included in the Trust Deed and should be released.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder, to -wit

<br />(12) North, Range eleven (11), West of the 6e P.M, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
