<br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />Whereas, Glenn P. Ariz and Roberta E. Ariz, husband and wife, by their deed of trust dated March 7, 2002 and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 200202931 did convey unto Aliant Credit
<br />Union, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, described as:

<br />LOT F} }3i4rY` -BIGHT (58), AM1CK ACRES EAST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />to secure their note for $60,000.00 with interest payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, We said Glemr P. Artz and Roberta E. Ariz, husband and wife by their deed of trust dated
<br />_ <I a. 2002, and recorded in said Register of Deeds office on
<br />„Irnr.n.vy / ,j2002,As Document Number _ did convey unto
<br />Centralank, as trustee, the said premises to secure payment of their note in an aggregate sum not to exceed One
<br />Hundred Forty Thousand and 00!100 ($140,000.00) with interest, payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, the notes secured by the trust deed first described are held by Aliant Credit Union as sole owner and not as agent
<br />for collection, pledge or in trust for any person, fine or corporation; and
<br />Whereas, said owner wishes to subordinate the lien of the trust deed first described to the lien of the trust deed, as
<br />Document Number n=3-Mx -?S secondly described;
<br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to Aliant Credit Union in hand paid, the said
<br />Aliant Credit Union, as Beneficiary does hereby covenant and agree with the said Central National Bank as trustee, for the use
<br />and benefit of the legal holder of the notes secured by said trust deed secondly herein described that the lien of the notes owned
<br />by said Aliant Credit Union mid of the trust deed securing the same shall be and remain at all times a second lien upon the
<br />premises thereby conveyed subject to the lien of the trust deed to said Central National Bank as aforesaid for all advances
<br />made or to be made on the notes secured by said last named trust deed and for all other purposes specified therein, and said
<br />Aliant Credit Union, as Beneficiary does hereby acknowledge that the recording information on the trust deed secondly
<br />described will be inserted after the execution of this document and that action is ratified.
