<br />dated May 30, 2001 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on June 5, 2001 as Instrument No.
<br />02001.05346, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was U.S. Bank
<br />National Association ND; does hereby notify the above -named persons
<br />of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon
<br />the following- described real estate, situated in the County of Hall
<br />and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOTS 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 AND 30 IN SUNNY SIDE ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, TOGETHER
