THIS SUBORDINATE MORTGAGE ( "Security Instrument") is given on December 16, 2002. <br />The Mortgagor is Carl Tobin and Kimberly Tobin whose address is 317 E 12" St, Grand Island, NE 68801. <br />This Security Instrument is given to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and whose address is <br />451 Seventh St. SW, Washington, DC 20410.
