<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of a7 !4(
<br />2003, by James 1. Shamberg, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust
<br />wherein D. D. Lemke and Frieda M. Lemke, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Lonnie D.
<br />Davis is Tmstor and James 1. Shamberg is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Truster, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the
<br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 14,
<br />1994, and identified as Document No. 94- 105098, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or
<br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 4, College Addition to West Lawn in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />And the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that
<br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property herembefore
<br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said
<br />Tmstors all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and
<br />through the above - described Deed of Tmst, together with all appurtenances and privileges
<br />thereunto belonging or appertaining.
