DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />U.S. Bank National Association, f /k/a FirsTier Bank, N.A., trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated July 26, 1995,
<br />and filed August 25, 1995, as Instrument Number 95- 105751, in the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />naming Pamela J. Woods and Robert G. Woods as Truster, U.S. Bank National Association., f /k/a FirsTier Bank, N.A. as
<br />Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association, f /k /a FirsTier Bank, N.A. as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
