DEED OF RECONVEYANCE December 30, 2002
<br />U.S. Bank National Association, f /k /a FirsTier Co., N.A., trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated September 8,
<br />1994, and filed September 19, 1994, as Instrument Number 94107723 , of the Mortgage records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska naming Pamela J. Woods and Robert G. Woods as Truster, U.S. Bank National Association., f /k /a FirsTier
<br />Bank, N.A. as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association, f /k/a FirsTier Bank, N.A. as original Trustee in
<br />consideration of performance in full by said Truster of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
