Kuta, an Unremarried Widower, as <br />'frustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, on April 8, 2002, <br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200203811 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot 23 and the Southerly 13 feet of Lot 22 in BeUnont Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6th day of January, 2003. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: Jody L.
