<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 5, 2002, and executed by Charlene D. Gates and Michael C ="
<br />A. Gates, Wife and Husband, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on August 7, 2002, as Document No. 200208264, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of

<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
