200300261 EXHIBIT "A' A tram of land comprising a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southeast comer of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2SW1 /4); thence running westerly, along and upon the south line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2SW1 /4) a distance of One Hundred Twenty Eight and Thirty Eight Hundredths (12838) feet thence deflecting right 91° 41' 00" and running northerly, a distance of Fifty and Two Hundredths (50.02) feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of One -R Road, said northerly road right of way line being fifty (50.0) feet north of (measured perpendicular to) the south line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2SWI /4), said point also being the ACTUAL point of beginning thence continuing northerly, along and upon the previously described course, a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Eight and Seven Tenths (1,458.70) feet; thence deflecting left 88° 22' 00" and running westerly, a distance of Two Hundred Ninety Seven and Two Hundredths (297.02) feet; thence deflecting left 91° 38' 00" and running southerly, a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five and Eighty Nine Hundredths (1,475.89) feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of said Onc -R Road, said northerly road right of way line being Fifty (50.0) feet north of (measured perpendicular to) the south line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2SW1./4); thence deflecting left 91° 41' 00" and running easterly, along and upon said northerly road right of way line, a distance of Two Hundred Ninety Seven and Three Hundredths (297.03) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning.
