PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed STEPHEN C JOHNSON AND
<br />MIMI JOHNSON: HUSBAND AND WIFE to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated SEPTEMBER 18, 2002, and recorded OCTOBER 1, 2002 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in INSTRUMENT #0200210447 of the Trust Deed Records
<br />of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
