<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />By ALICE M ROBINSON A SINGLE PERSON to BANKFIRST, F /WA COLUMBUS FEDFRAI_
<br />SAVINGS BANK, Trustee for the benefit of BANKFIRST, F /K/A COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />BANK, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 91994 and recorded December 14. 1994 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska at Instrument #94- 109919 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed Of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the requests of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
