<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among HUE VAN
<br />TRAN AND THU MINH TIII IIOANG, husband and wife, Truster, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and The Equitable Building & Loan Association, as Beneficiary, dated May 11,
<br />2001, and recorded on May 22, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Ilall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2001 -04766 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of 'I rust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Decd of Trust be reconvcyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
