Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the "Uniform Covenants" section of the Security Instrument, paragraph 3, "Funds for Escrow Items"**, Lender may require Borrower to pay a one -time charge for a real estate tax reporting service, which may be either an independent real estate tax reporting service, or may be a service provided by Lender itself, unless applicable law does not permit Lender to make such a charge.
