Bailey, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in which The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings <br />Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; <br />and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature <br />of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due.
