<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on March
<br />8, 1999, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 99-
<br />102474, executed by Brian S. Bailey, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in which The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings
<br />Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee;
<br />and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature
<br />of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You
<br />are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deed is accelerated as of January 7, 2003; be notified that because of such default the
<br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Fifteen (15), in Scarfs Addition to West Lawn in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
