<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TBESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Martin J. Partridge, to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated March 28, 2001 and July 6, 2001 and recorded March 29, 2001 and September 18, 2001 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Documents 110200102573 and 0200109490 in the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
