<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT
<br />A tract of land deeded to the State of Nebraska, dated February 7,
<br />1961, filed February 28, 1961, and recorded In Book 133, page 621 of
<br />Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and described as:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 20; thence
<br />northerly on the West line of said Section 20 a distance of 1,320.0
<br />feet to the northwest property corner; thence easterly on the North
<br />property line a distance of 222.4 feet; thence southerly 104 °40' right
<br />a distance of 382.4 feet; thence continuing southerly 14 °40' left a
<br />distance of 948.2 feet to a point on the South Line of said Section 20;
<br />thence westerly on the said South line a distance of 135.0 feet to the
<br />point of beginning, containing 4.36 acres, more or less, AND
<br />EXCEPT
