<br />Johnson Cash -way Lumber Co. of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation,
<br />by and through its President, Grantor, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska in consideration of One Dollar and no /100, ($1.00), received from GNR Development Corp. of Hastings,

<br />reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same.
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawfiil claims of all persons.
