Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MICHAEL J

<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 22
<br />1997 and recorded DECEMBER I L 1997 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 97- 110435 has been paid, and said beneficiary bas requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
