DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Glen .A. Murray, of 220 Oxnard, City of Grand Island, County of
<br />Hall, State of Nebraska, as substitute trustee under the Deed of Trust, dated July 28, 1992, executed
<br />by Jessie M. Jimenez, a/k/a Jessie M. Jiminez and by Esther Jimenez, a/k/a Esther Jiminez, as
<br />trusters, in which Kenneth H. Schmidt and Phyllis C. Schmidt are named as beneficiary, and Donald
<br />W. Walters was named as trustee, and recorded July 29, 1992, and entered as Document No. 92-
<br />1066 10 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from
<br />Phyllis C. Schmidt, surviving beneficiary under such Deed of Trust, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid in full and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and Promissory Note secured by the Deed of Tmst have been surrendered to the undersigned,
<br />as substitute trustee, for cancellation;
<br />Whereas, the original trustee, Donald W. Walters is deceased, and Phyllis C. Schmidt,
<br />surviving beneficiary, has appointed the undersigned, Glen A. Murray, as substitute trustee, by an
<br />instrument dated, September 24, 2002, and recorded December 6, 2002, and entered as Instrument
<br />No. 200213553 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska;
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned, as substitute trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, Jessie M. Jimenez, a/k/a Jessie M. Jiminez and by Esther Jimenez, a/k/a
<br />Esther Jiminez, the estate now held by him under such Deed of Trust, legally described as follows:
<br />Lots One Hundred Seven (107) and One Hundred Eight (108) in Hawthorne Place, being a
<br />Subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-Two (22),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, on this 16th day of December, 2002.
