Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />August 10, 2000, executed by Joseph 7. Ignowskf and Deborah K. Kgnowski
<br />Trustor(s) for the benefit of Conesco Finance Servicing Corp., filed August 22,
<br />2000 as Inst. No. 0200006777, assigned to Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.
<br />A., in the office of the register of deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
