<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the D6ed of Trust dated August 23, 2001 executed by Gregory S Sextro and Lori L
<br />Sextro, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
