All easements shall be kepc free of obstructions. The Subdividers shall <br /> indemnify the city of any removal/replacemendrepair costs for obstructior�s in easements for <br /> constructaon of such district. All lots must be connected to such district within two years of <br /> district construction com}�letion. <br /> 4. St�rm Drainage. The Sul�ividers a�ree to graae all lots of the subdivision <br /> in conjunction wi�h the structures thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to adjacent public <br /> rigtit-of-way. <br /> 5. Sidewalks. Immediate construction shall b� v,raived, howev�r, the <br /> sidewalks shall be constructed by t}�e prop�ty owner when directe�i to do so by the City Council. <br /> 6. Laod�caping.Since the subdivi�ian is adjacent to U.S. Highway 30, those <br /> lo�;s adjacent to the right-of-way shall have a Iandscaped area averaging thirty (30) feet in width <br /> adjace�t to the right-of-way. Such landscaping shall be pmvid� within six months after the date <br /> of t�ntative acceptance by the State of Nebraska of the contract work for the U.S. Highway 30 <br /> irnpmve�r�ent pmject or the date of the occupancy permit for the principal building on each lot, <br /> whichewsr is the latter, and t}iereafter be groperly maintained. Any outside storage of unfinished <br /> « <br /> or unassembl'ed matetials, pmducts or equipme�t shall be screened by a sight-obscuring.fence or <br /> other material. <br /> 3 <br /> � <br />
