<br /> Upon tha terminatian of this License Agrcemtnt. the Licensee shall be�oquired, and
<br /> � iiarby agnes�oo rcmove said impmvematt fi+�in the Liansor's real estata at its odvn eapa�Se and
<br /> wIthaut c�i to the Licensor. Said removal to occur no later than sixty days after raxipt of the
<br /> nottcx of intention to terminate or any of the other occurrence.s s�et forth in Paragraph 5 above.
<br /> Should the Liansoe fail to da so, the I.icensar may remave or cause the removat of said
<br /> impmvemcnt from the Licensor's real estat�arid the Licensee age�ees to reimburse tlte Licensor
<br /> for aJl its costs.
