Hita Danklesen is the owner of the premises in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, legally described at South 29 1/2 feet of Lot Two <br />(2) and the North 15 .2/3 feet of Lot Three (3), Block One (1), <br />Heyde•s Addition to the City of Grand island, and hereinafter <br />referred to as Lot Two (2). <br />B. Jane Clampitt is the owner of the premises in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, legally described as the South 45 feet of Lot <br />Three (3), Block One (1), Heyde's Addition to the City of Grand <br />island, immediately adjoining Lot Two (2) to the south and <br />thereinafter referred to as Lot Three (3). <br />C. Upon said separate lots is located a garage of wood <br />structure in which each lot has access to one stall. <br />D. The center of the garage supporting wall is located upon <br />the property line of Lot. Two (2) and Lot Three (3) and forms a <br />common boundary between said lots. <br />B. The parties desire to settle all questions relating to <br />ownership and use of the common property in the form of wall and <br />garage. <br />For the reasons set forth above and in consideration of the <br />mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, the parties agree <br />as follows: <br />SECTION ONE <br />The garage located upon both lots shall be separately used <br />between the parties, and the party" wall "separating the two <br />individual garage stalls shall be available to each of the owners <br />of the properties herein. <br />SECTION TWO <br />REPAIRING OR REBUIWING <br />If it becomes necessary or ;desirable to repair or rebuild the <br />whole or any part of the building, the repairing or rebuilding <br /> <br />
