Crist and Bernice R. Crist, husband and wife, as <br />Sellers and Jerry R. Crist, a married person, and Dee Ann Crist, a single person, as Buyers, that <br />the following described real estate has been sold under a written installment sale contract dated <br />the 30th day of December 2004. The property sold under said contract is described as follows, to- <br />wit: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Twelve (12), Parkhill Third Subdivision, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Sellers have executed, acknowledged and delivered a Deed conveying the real estate <br />herein, which Deed is held in escrow by the escrow agent, Lauritsen, Brownell, Brostrom, Stehlik, <br />Myers & Daugherty, PC, LLO, pursuant to the sale contract, which provides that the Sellers retain <br />a lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of the contract terms by the Buyers. The Buyers <br />are entitled to possession of the real estate from and after the 30s' day of December 2004. <br />Owners shall continue to reside in said property.
