<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated November 1, 1996, and Modification of Deed of Trust dated August 8, S.Sd
<br />2003, executed by John P. Mortensen, a Single Person, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 2, 1996, recorded as Document No. 96-
<br />109347, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 27,
<br />2003, entered Instrument No. 0200311350, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />ROUSH'S PLEASANTVILLE TERRACE SUBDIVISION LOT NINETEEN (19), IN TIM CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as'I'rustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WFi NESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyanee, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29" of December, 2004.
