Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated November 6, 1998 from trustor(s) Dennis J. Sautter and Terri Jo Sautter for the
<br />benefit of Gulfstream Financial Services of N.C., Inc. Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />November 13, 1998 as Inst. No. 98- 111165 assigned to Wachovia Bank of Delaware,
<br />N.A. in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot 102, West Lawn Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
