<br />ONE DOLLAR AND NO CENTS ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby

<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove
<br />public utilities, including, sanitary sewers, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other
<br />appurtenances, upon over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of Section 22 -11 -9 City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Being a twenty (20) foot wide easement lying ten (10) feet either side of a line
<br />First to secure the point of beginning starting at the S '/4 Corner of
<br />Section 22 -11 -9, thence N. on a line with a bearing of N. 01°- 06' -28" W. for
<br />a distance of 1,340.54 + (one thousand three hundred forty and fifty four hundreds)
<br />feet and thence West on a line with a bearing of S. 89 °- 31' -54' W. for a distance
<br />of 74.66' (seventy -four and 66 hundreds) feet thence continuing W. on a line
<br />with a bearing of S. 89 °- 31' -55" W. for a distance of twenty (20) feet thence
<br />Northwesterly on a line with a bearing of N. 28 0- 34' -57" W. for a distance of
