WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed of Trust dated August 25, 1994, executed by Vernice L. Zachry, A Single Person, as <br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on September 8, 1994, <br />recorded as Document No. 94- 107427 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT SIXTEEN (16) OF SCHEEL'S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF <br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE' /4SW' /4) OF SECTION THIRTY -TWO (32), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) <br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 20'h of December, 2004. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL 1 <br />has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: C lby R.
