Thompson, \� <br />A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on December 18, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200113020, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />The Easterly Fifty (50) feet of Lot Nine (9) in Block Six (6) in H. G.
