Byrne, a member of the Nebraska. Bar Association. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated December 16, 2004 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender S i xty Thousand and No /100 ---------------- <br />------------------------------------------------------------ Dollars <br />(U.S. $ 60,000.00 ) plus interest.
