DEED OF RE CONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by Mark A. Miller and Renee J. Miller, as Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Co. Deed of Trust
<br />dated August 9, 2004. Filed for record as instrument number 200408296, recorded on August 20, 2004
<br />at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following - described real property (as defined in Neb.
