Noble and Peggy J. Noble, Husband and Wife, GRANTOR, in consideration <br />of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, conveys to GRANTEE, Noble <br />Family Limited Partnership, Grantee, a Nebraska Limited Partnership, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, Except that <br />portion conveyed to the County of Hall in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 79, <br />Page 608; and Except that portion conveyed to The State of Nebraska in Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 119, Page 147; and Except that portion conveyed to the <br />County of Hall in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 150, page 403; all in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1 /2NW1 /4) of Section Thirty -three (33), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that <br />GRANTOR: <br />1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances, subject to existing easements and restrictions of <br />record, if any; <br />2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful <br />claims of all persons. <br />Executed: December / 60 2004. <br />
