<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among RHONDA J
<br />LANGER, an unmarried person, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of as
<br />Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSB, as Beneficiary Dated
<br />July 19, 1999, and recorded on July 20, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 107317 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY TWENTY FEET (20') OF LOT FOURTEEN (14) AND THE
<br />NORTHERLY FORTY FEET (40') OF LOT THIRTEEN (13), IN CONCANNON
<br />SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
